Hi, I was able to add disclaimer text to the exchange server 2013 but how can I modify its appearance, I want it to have font size of 10 and color gray. On the old exchange server management it was just there with proper text formatting, i would like to have similar format for my 2013 exchange server. So where do I go to modify its attributes ? I think you can directly type html formats on the Disclaimer Text... So format the required disclaimer in html format and past in the disclaimer text windows

Being a web programmer I was using the format <p style=""> </p> instead of using the old school format of <font color > </font>, forgot that word formats html differently than a real html web page would under Dreamweaver or using html standards. That's why it was not working, when I switched to old school format that one would use to send html email via php scripts it just worked.
